Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Allahabad Agricultural Research Institute. We deeply value your trust, contributions, and participation in our mission to advance agricultural research, farmer welfare, and community development. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments or donations may or may not be refunded.

1) General Policy

  • All membership fees, nomination fees, and donations made to AARI are considered final and non-refundable.
  • We operate as a non-profit trust; funds received are immediately allocated to ongoing research, training, and welfare projects, hence refunds are generally not possible.

2) Special Conditions for Refunds

While refunds are not available in most cases, AARI may consider refund requests under the following special circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make more than one payment for the same membership, nomination, or donation.
  • Technical Error: If a transaction is processed incorrectly due to a technical issue (e.g., server error, payment gateway malfunction).
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If your card/account was charged without your authorization and sufficient proof is provided.
  • Cancelled Event/Program: If you have registered and paid for an event/program organized by AARI that is later cancelled by us.

3) Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via Payment Disputes page of our official website.
  • Requests must include transaction details (Transaction ID, Name, Email, Amount, Reason or Message for Refund).
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.

4) Important Notes

  • Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of AARI management.
  • Bank or payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind or lack of participation after membership/nomination/donation.
