While membership fees and donations are generally non-refundable, we understand that disputes may occasionally arise due to technical issues, duplicate transactions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of the transaction. All disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents such as bank statements, transaction IDs, or payment receipts may be required to verify your claim.
